01 / The basics

A builder before a title.

I’m Bhashit Bhardwaj, Vice President & Head of AI Transformation at HDL–AGL, Hakuhodo. I’m based in Gurugram, India.

My 14-year path runs from hands-on web engineering and commerce platforms to enterprise architecture and AI products. Magento, ERP systems, automotive journeys and large-scale integrations came before the agentic platforms.

Same curiosity. A wider canvas.

Today, I connect business strategy with the technical decisions that make a product work: knowledge, data models, architecture, engineering and adoption.

The title changes.
The instinct to build stays.
Still close to the build. ↗

02 / How I think

Make the complex useful.

I’m interested in the space between a business question and a working system. That might mean connecting five commerce modules in e-genie, bringing consumer research into synthetic personas, or giving an enterprise agent the knowledge and tools it needs.

The work spans RAG, LLM systems, Voice AI, agentic analytics and control intelligence. The common thread is practical: keep the context clear, the architecture connected and the outcome useful.

03 / What connects it

Think deeply. Stay hands‑on.

Enterprise scale changes the questions. My work has included an automotive platform spanning 3,600+ dealer websites, 20+ commerce platforms, and AI capabilities shared across products.

That is why I keep strategy and implementation close together. A clear architecture matters; so do the experience, integrations, cost and ownership around it.
